1. General Provisions & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the btw77 platform and all related services ("Services"). "btw77", "we", "our", or "Platform" refers to the website https://btw77.lat and all services under it. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person using this platform.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on btw77, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. For persons aged 21 and above only.
You must register under your own identity and for your own account.
Online gaming or betting must be legal in the country or region where you are located.
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You must use this platform in a conscious and sound mental state.

2. Account Registration & Security

When registering on btw77, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

Never share your password with anyone.
Changing your password regularly is a safe practice.
If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
btw77 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, btw77 may verify your identity at any time. Verification may typically require scanned copies of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on btw77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can be made through the following methods:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking platform.
Bank Transfer — Through major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.

Important Note: Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is pending.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Funds deposited into your account must come from your own sources only. Using third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, btw77 reserves the right to conduct a proper investigation and may temporarily suspend the account if necessary.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

btw77 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Specific terms apply to each bonus and compliance with them is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus applies on the first deposit at btw77, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

Example (1): Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
Example (2): Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳24,000.
The bonus amount will not exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn:

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Funds earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If btw77 determines that a member is abusing bonuses (for example: using multiple accounts or coordinated betting), it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.

5. Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

All betting activity on btw77 is conducted under fair and transparent policies. Maintaining a balanced and safe gaming environment for all members is our primary goal.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, btw77 reserves the right to void that bet.
btw77 is not responsible for any issues caused by internet disconnection.
If evidence is found that a bet was placed through mutual arrangement between two or more members, that bet will be considered void.

5.2 Sports Betting

btw77 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. A general example to illustrate betting markets: placing a bet on the "Match Winner" market in a Bangladesh vs India match is a common type of bet. No claim is being made about any specific match, date, or result.

5.3 Fair Play & Anti-Corruption

Participation in any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or corrupt activity is strictly prohibited. If evidence of involvement in such activity is found, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

btw77 has a five-tier VIP program for loyal members. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and receive weekly cashback.

Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver Tier: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold Tier: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Diamond Tier: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited directly to the account and separate wagering requirements may also apply to it. btw77 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Terms

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Registering with a false identity or using another person's name.
Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
Attempting to exploit technical errors in the platform.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
Gaining unfair advantages from the bonus system through coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies.
Attempting to technically breach the platform's security systems.

7.1 Account Termination

btw77 reserves the right to close any member's account at any time with or without cause. If an account is closed without a legitimate reason, the member's balance will be returned. However, if an account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
